Many of the intersections near my apartment have No U-turn signs and I'm continually stuck behind drivers that ignore them completely and stop traffic so they can whip around. Besides speed limits, what signs are ignored the most?

Yield signs, many people ignore the part that says "yield" and intemperate it as "stop." "No turn on red" gets ignored a lot too.

I find it's the opposite around here. Yield means everyone yields to me, right?

I've found it also the opposite in some places, but definitely over-reacted in others. Most people either disregard them as weak 'suggestions' or they treat them as a stop sign, so both camps are guilty of ignorance.

Falling Rocks. What am I supposed to do about that, exactly? Or Curvy Road. Why does this sign need to be here? I know the road is curvy, that's why I'm on it!

No left turn - we have a lot of those around here and people ignore them, stopping up all the traffic behind them while they wait for a never-coming gap in oncoming traffic. Honking doesn't make any difference, they sit there like 'wha?' and we all wait........................... The po-pos monitor this particular stretch pretty well and issue tickets regularly but it doesn't get any better because it's a high out of town visitor area so it's always new people who are making the illegal lefts. You know because it's always a rental car or way out of state plates.

Probably depends a lot on where you live, but I'm going to go with the "Merge" sign
Apparently people down here think it means "if the car next to me gets in front of me I am not a man and no woman will ever want me"
Swear to god, I had an 80+ yr old woman in a giant Cadillac give me the finger one time because I was trying to merge with her lane due to construction.
Probably one of the funniest driving moments of my life.

The "Do Not Block Intersection" sign. Every time some asshole(s) block the intersection while I have a green light, I just lay on the horn.
